High-rise

High-rise adjective - Used of buildings of many stories equipped with elevators; tall.

Low-lying is an antonym for high-rise.

Low-lying

Low-lying adjective - Having relatively little height.
Usage example: the low-lying hills blocked our view of the sea only a little bit

High-rise is an antonym for low-lying.
