Endemic

Endemic adjective - Belonging to a particular place by birth or origin.
Usage example: the fish is not an endemic species of the lake, and it is rapidly devouring the native trout population

Nonnative is an antonym for endemic.

Nonnative

Nonnative adjective - Being, relating to, or characteristic of a country other than one's own.
Usage example: nonnative customs that made the recent immigrants stand out in their new country

Endemic is an antonym for nonnative.
