Freewill adjective - Done, made, or given with one's own free will.
Usage example: our office staff made a freewill offering for UNESCO

Will-less is an antonym for freewill.

Will-less adjective - Not made or done willingly or by choice.
Usage example: the wife's involvement in the physical abuse of the children was not will-less—she could have called the police at any time
