Fat and Well-to-do
Fat adjective - Having goods, property, or money in abundance.
Usage example: while others suffered and sacrificed, the war profiteers grew fat
Well-to-do and fat are semantically related. In some cases you can use "Well-to-do" instead an adjective "Fat".
Well-to-do adjective - Having goods, property, or money in abundance.
Usage example: a doctor who is now quite well-to-do as a result of his successful medical practice
