Literal adjective - Restricted to or based on fact.
Usage example: a literal account of the explorer's adventures is actually a lot less interesting than his own exaggerated stories

Nonfictional and literal are semantically related. In some cases you can use "Nonfictional" instead an adjective "Literal".
