Acidic
Acidic adjective - Causing or characterized by the one of the four basic taste sensations that is produced chiefly by acids.
Usage example: the acidic flavor of lemon goes nicely with broiled fish
Soured and acidic are semantically related. In some cases you can use "Soured" instead an adjective "Acidic".
