Affect

Affect verb - To act upon (a person or a person's feelings) so as to cause a response.

Concerned and affect are semantically related. In some cases you can replace term "Concerned" with "Affect", this verbs are similar.

Concerned

Concerned adjective - Feeling or showing worry or solicitude.

Affect and concerned are semantically related. Sometimes you can use "Affect" instead a verb "Concerned".
