After and Until now

After adjective - Being at or in the part of something opposite the front part.

Until now and after are semantically related In some cases you can use "Until now" instead a preposition "After".

Until now adverb - Used in negative statement to describe a situation that has existed up to this point or up to the present time.

After and until now are semantically related in between the present and a previous time topic. Sometimes you can use "After" instead a preposition phrase "Until now".
