Core
Core noun - The main or greater part of something as distinguished from its subordinate parts.
Usage example: a starfish can even survive the division of its core into two parts; both halves then regenerate
Aggregate and core are semantically related. Sometimes you can use "Aggregate" instead a noun "Core".
