Agree verb - To accept the truth or existence of (something) usually reluctantly.
Usage example: finally agreed that the paint job was sloppy and would have to be redone

Negative is an antonym for agree.

Negative verb - To show unwillingness to accept, do, engage in, or agree to.
Usage example: even though I had originally negatived the invitation, Mom thought I should go anyway
