Agreement noun - The state of being of one opinion about something.
Usage example: we were in agreement about one thing at least: that we'd never worked so hard in all our lives
Disagreement
Disagreement noun - Variance of opinion on a matter.
Usage example: there was some disagreement about what color the missing sweater actually was

Answering "no" can also mean agreement, (creating a double negative) or it could mean a simple disagreement, which us usually what someone means when they say "no." It's best to either qualify your answer, or avoid a single-word response.
