Alacrity noun - Cheerful readiness to do something.
Usage example: having just acquired his driver's license that morning, the teen agreed with alacrity to drive his cousin to the airport

Hesitancy is an antonym for alacrity.

Hesitancy noun - A state or an instance of temporary inaction because of uncertainty about the right course of action.
Usage example: his hesitancy in pulling over into the next lane while he had a chance resulted in him missing his exit
