Alienate
Alienate verb - To give over the legal possession or ownership of.
Usage example: a landowner has a right to alienate his right of ownership—in other words, he can sell the land if he wants to
Yield and alienate are semantically related. In some cases you can use "Yield" instead a verb "Alienate".
