Arbitrary adjective - Having or showing a tendency to force one's will on others without any regard to fairness or necessity.

Two-timing and arbitrary are semantically related. In some cases you can use "Two-timing" instead an adjective "Arbitrary".

Two-timing adjective - Relating to or being a sexual encounter or relationship between a married person and someone other than their spouse.
