Bias noun - An attitude that always favors one way of feeling or acting especially without considering any other possibilities.
Usage example: he has a powerful bias towards sentimentality, which comes through even in his grittier stories
Objectivity
Objectivity noun - Lack of favoritism toward one side or another.
Usage example: the teacher's objectivity would be seriously compromised if his own child were placed in the class
