Bribable
Bribable adjective - Open to improper influence and especially bribery.
Usage example: corruption in that country is so widespread that there are few public officials who are not bribable
Sleazy and bribable are semantically related. In some cases you can use "Sleazy" instead an adjective "Bribable".
