Checkable
Checkable adjective - Capable of being proven as true or real.
Usage example: all of the statistics cited by the news reporter are readily checkable, but it would appear that the article was never fact-checked before publication
Empirical and checkable are semantically related. In some cases you can use "Empirical" instead an adjective "Checkable".
