Cloudy adjective - Causing or marked by an atmosphere lacking in cheer.
Usage example: after his third failed marriage, he seemed destined to live the rest of his life in a permanently cloudy mood
Plutonian and cloudy are semantically related. In some cases you can use "Plutonian" instead an adjective "Cloudy".
