Commiserative adjective - Having or showing the capacity for sharing the feelings of another.
Usage example: the two passengers exchanged commiserative looks as another delay was announced over the loudspeaker

Perceptive and commiserative are semantically related. In some cases you can use "Perceptive" instead an adjective "Commiserative".
