Communal adjective - Used or done by a number of people as a group.
Usage example: the swimming pool is part of the communal property of the condo complex

Reciprocal and communal are semantically related. In some cases you can use "Reciprocal" instead an adjective "Communal".

Usage example: the two nations agreed to give reciprocal work rights to each other's citizens, thus facilitating the daily border crossings of workers from both countries
