Conceit

Conceit noun - An elaborate or fanciful way of expressing something.

Self-consequence and conceit are semantically related. In some cases you can use "Self-consequence" instead a noun "Conceit".

Self-consequence

Self-consequence noun - An exaggerated sense of one's importance that shows itself in the making of excessive or unjustified claims.
Usage example: had the self-consequence of someone who was born wealthy and never had to work a day in his life
