Even the english Weekly Shonen Jump, which even changed their logo in January 2013 in an attempt to seem more manly, uses Chitoge instead of Raku where they would show their series protagonists (except when they can't, like in the table of contents when Chitoge's absent from a chapter).
Source: Manga / Nisekoi - Dick's A Maze Of Death subverts this; the table of contents contains a brief summary-like name for each chapter, but every such "summary" is about one of the fourteen characters doing something that has nothing at all to do with the chapter contents, or the novel at all.
