Cryptic adjective - Having an often intentionally veiled or uncertain meaning.
Usage example: the oracle offered only cryptic predictions that could be interpreted any number of different ways

Nonambiguous is an antonym for cryptic.

Usage example: I need a nonambiguous “yes” or “no”
