Derisory adjective - Intended to make a person or thing seem of little importance or value.
Usage example: a literary snob, she invariably used the derisory term “the boob tube” when referring to television
Jealous and derisory are semantically related. In some cases you can use "Jealous" instead an adjective "Derisory".
