Envelop verb - To close or shut in by or as if by barriers.

Shut-in and envelop are semantically related. In some cases you can replace phrase "Shut-in" with "Envelop", this terms are similar.

Shut-in noun - Someone who is incapacitated by a chronic illness or injury.
