Fell
Fell adjective - Likely to cause or capable of causing death.
Usage example: planning in the event that the enemy resorted to biological warfare and released some fell virus on the civilian population
Toxic and fell are semantically related. In some cases you can use "Toxic" instead an adjective "Fell".

Usage example: certain plants are toxic if eaten
