Goad
Goad verb - To try to persuade (someone) through earnest appeals to follow a course of action.

- Normally you would have to use the charged Speed Burner to fly over to it, but if you goad the nearby enemy into firing a shot to the left, you can get hit by it, then scramble up the wall while still flashing from the hit.
