- Leverage: In one episode, a group of militiamen claim to be "anti-government freedom fighters", which gives them the right to kill two IRS agents as enemy combatants.
- They all agree with him enthusiastically, but one by one they point out that it's provided the right to a fair trial, privacy laws, religious freedom, freedom from slavery, etc.
