Harmonize verb - To bring to a state free of conflicts, inconsistencies, or differences.
Usage example: an attempt to harmonize the New Testament version of events with the accounts of the ancient Romans

Regularize and harmonize are semantically related. In some cases you can use "Regularize" instead a verb "Harmonize".
