High-rise

High-rise adjective - Used of buildings of many stories equipped with elevators; tall.

Low-slung is an antonym for high-rise.

Low-slung

Low-slung adjective - Having relatively little height.
Usage example: only low-slung hotels have been built around the lake, so development isn't as intrusive as at other resorts

High-rise is an antonym for low-slung.
