Insane adjective - Having or showing a very abnormal or sick state of mind.
Usage example: only an insane person would intentionally jump off a skyscraper
Normal
Normal adjective - Having full use of one's mind and control over one's actions.
Usage example: if you run around screaming like that, no one will think you are normal
