Light-headed adjective - Having a feeling of being whirled about and in danger of falling down.

Run-down and light-headed are semantically related. In some cases you can use "Run-down" instead an adjective phrase "Light-headed".

Usage example: I'm afraid I'll be staying home today as I'm feeling run-down
