Usage example: we couldn't concentrate on our work because we were feeling so light-headed

Sedate is an antonym for light-headed.

Sedate adjective - Not joking or playful in mood or manner.
Usage example: while not exactly cold, the doctor does maintain a sedate and purely professional demeanor with his patients

Light-headed is an antonym for sedate.
