Mediate adjective - Occupying a position equally distant from the ends or extremes.
Usage example: has a black-and-white view of human nature, believing that there is no mediate state between good and evil
Mid and mediate are semantically related. In some cases you can use "Mid" instead an adjective "Mediate".
