Nearest adverb - (superlative of `near' or `close') within the shortest distance.

Relative and nearest are semantically related. in forthcoming topic. In some cases you can use "Relative" instead an adjective "Nearest".

Relative adjective - Being such only when compared to something else.

Nearest and relative are semantically related. Sometimes you can replace term "Nearest" with "Relative", this adjectives are similar.
