Nominal noun - A phrase that can function as the subject or object of a verb.

Name and nominal are semantically related. In some cases you can use "Name" instead a noun "Nominal".

Name noun - A word or combination of words by which a person or thing is regularly known.

Nominal and name are semantically related. Sometimes you can replace term "Nominal" with "Name", this nouns are similar.
