Nominal adjective - So small or unimportant as to warrant little or no attention.
Usage example: when you pay $400 for an airline ticket, a ticketing fee of five dollars seems nominal

Substantial is an antonym for nominal.

Substantial adjective - Sufficiently large in size, amount, or number to merit attention.
Usage example: there's been a substantial increase in attendance at girls' volleyball games ever since the start of their winning streak
