Provident adjective - Careful in the management of money or resources.

Thought-out and provident are semantically related. In some cases you can use "Thought-out" instead an adjective "Provident".

Usage example: following an obviously well thought-out plan, the terrorists simultaneously exploded eight bombs around the city
