Purposeful adjective - Made, given, or done with full awareness of what one is doing.
Usage example: there's a difference between a purposeful lie and an accidental untruth

Reasoned adjective - Decided on as a result of careful thought.
Usage example: refusing to be swayed by the passions of the moment, the president consulted with his advisers before making a reasoned response to this unprovoked act of aggression
