Render

Render verb - To give (something) over to the control or possession of another usually under duress.
Usage example: a gentleman bandit who graciously asked his victims to render their wallets to his safe possession

Transfer and render are semantically related. In some cases you can use "Transfer" instead the word "Render" as a verb or a noun.
