Tanka and Verse form

Tanka noun - A form of Japanese poetry; the 1st and 3rd lines have five syllables and the 2nd, 4th, and 5th have seven syllables.

Verse form and tanka are semantically related. In some cases you can use "Verse form" instead a noun "Tanka".

Verse form noun - A composition written in metrical feet forming rhythmical lines.

Tanka and verse form are semantically related. Sometimes you can replace term "Tanka" with "Verse form", this terms are similar.
