Truss
Truss verb - To gather into a tight mass by means of a line or cord.
Usage example: after stuffing the turkey, the chef quickly trussed it so the forcemeat wouldn't fall out during roasting
Wire and truss are semantically related. In some cases you can use "Wire" instead the word "Truss" as a verb or a noun.
