Category and model are semantically related. Sometimes you can use "Category" instead a noun "Model".

Other adjectives: similar, normal, common, specific, complete, original, single, small, actual, entire, male, bad, new, advanced, former, final, last, different, previous.

The rules give the player specific options to change the weapons, armor, and other bonuses depending on the category and model or unit in question, and to add models to certain units, with most changes increasing that model or unit's overall point cost.

In Saints Row 2 you can only carry one weapon of each category at a time unless dual-wielding pistols or machine pistols (in which case they have to be of the same model), but that still theoretically allows for multiple long guns.
