Self-opinion

Self-opinion noun - An often unjustified feeling of being pleased with oneself or with one's situation or achievements.

Self-consequence and self-opinion are semantically related. In some cases you can use "Self-consequence" instead a noun phrase "Self-opinion".

Self-consequence noun - An exaggerated sense of one's importance that shows itself in the making of excessive or unjustified claims.
Usage example: had the self-consequence of someone who was born wealthy and never had to work a day in his life
